The Big Picture

We are seeking an experienced individual to manage the relationship experience of our rapidly expanding customer base. This role will oversee the 250ok client experience aimed at driving satisfaction, renewals, expansions, referrals and referenceability of our direct customers.


We are a fast-moving technology company based in Indianapolis looking for an experienced industry veteran willing to jump in and lead many aspects of our accelerating business. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing timely onboarding, training, and support of new direct customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, renewals, expansions, referrals and referencability
  • Managing annual, quarterly and monthly customer renewals/expansions
  • Customer education and support for new products
  • Identifying accounts for marketing collaboration
  • Working closely with the Partner team to support direct clients/partners
  • Timely succinct communication to internal and external customer stakeholders

Ideal Background

  • 3+ years of leadership in account management, support and services
  • Email Technology/SaaS experience required
  • Proven working experience in customer experience related roles
  • Experience with account strategy, pipeline management and related reporting skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology or related discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed

Bonus Points

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or the Google equivalent)
  • Experience related to the email industry is a huge plus
