Announcing 250ok Validation: Stop throwing away good addresses.

We’re big proponents of ongoing and vigorous list hygiene. Like we’ve recently covered, list validation is a good way to better ensure you’re collecting quality addresses and only emailing the right addresses to avoid dinging your reputation. So it only makes sense we add another new tool to our comprehensive email analytics platform to bring you a true single-point solution for deliverability optimization.

250ok Validation is here to change the game. In fact, we’re doing it already. 250ok’s Validation leverages a proprietary multi-step process pushed against our massive database to provide much more accurate results.

In June we performed a number of benchmarking tests of our product against leading list validation providers using real customer data. Our findings were, well, eye-opening.*

Up to 2% of the addresses a leading vendor classified as undeliverable were actually deliverable addresses. Let’s say your list is 10 million addresses. Other vendors could be telling you to not send to 200,000 addresses, but 250ok is confident those 200,000 addresses are actually deliverable. That could translate into a lot of missed opportunities.

What about unknown results? Well, 250ok Validation returns 9-15 times less unknown results than other validation vendors. Not only that, we realized up to 75% of competitors’ unknowns were actually deliverable. That’s a big YIKES for them.

At the very end of the day, we found we are up to 40% more accurate at finding undeliverable addresses. In fact, in one of our tests we found 99.5% of a competitors’ “high-risk” addresses were Verified Valid. What this means for you is, 250ok’s Verified Valid can not only find you more deliverable addresses but address who have shown to have verifiable activity.We figure this is pretty compelling evidence on its own, but one of the best parts of 250ok Validation is that it’s entirely baked into our already-kick-ass deliverability platform. Forget adding more third-parties to fully optimize your email.
