BIMI Wizard and Gmail Annotations Previewer: It’s almost magic.

The time has come to round out our Design update series. I’m sad it’s over, but super thrilled to explore our final two spectacular new features. Come along.

This is a wizard.


You, maybe, are not a wizard, but you CAN be one if you’re looking to implement Brand Indicators for Message Identification (BIMI). We’re Hagrid in this situation, and we’re telling you, you’re a BIMI Wizard, thanks to this new feature in Design.

Now you can quickly verify if you have a qualifying DMARC policy (quarantine or reject) and once you’re eligible, easily complete the necessary details using our guided walk-through. You’ll receive a BIMI record to insert into your DNS code and voila! Plus, you’ll magically see how your BIMI-enabled messages could appear in the inboxes of BIMI-supporting providers.

Beautiful. But let’s take it a step further. Thanks to Gmail’s constant quest for innovation, they recently introduced a hyper-powered promotional email format called Annotations. This allows commercial senders to enrich the experience of commercial emails in Gmail’s promotions tab, which is frequently something senders fret about (unnecessarily).

Unfortunately, this feature requires some technical know-how. Fortunately, 250ok’s new Gmail Annotations Previewer helps you along the process, significantly decreasing the amount of guesswork and deep skill you’d need to begin using this powerful feature to create a mindblowing email.

In the photo below, notice how the top two emails look baller, with the promo code, discount amount, and a photo in the preview. The emails below those two look, well…typical. Those bottom two don’t use Annotations.
