ICYMI: Meet the New Audience Explorer
We recently announced the next evolution of email analytics to bring marketers a singular, unified view of email performance. We took a major leap forward in helping senders use our new groundbreaking filtering to build highly-targeted segments. Combining your ESP data with 250ok’s advanced email analytics is the game-changing combo marketers have been waiting for.
If you were blown away by the new filtering possibilities and skipped the rest of the announcement to jump into the application, that’s okay. In fact, we may have done the same. But one awesome new feature of Analytics that can’t be overlooked is the new Audience Explorer. You can now follow the recipient’s journey like never before.
Is Audience Explorer a contact manager? Well, maybe, if you took a contact manager and powered it with rocket fuel and sprinkled in some advanced analytics. We like to think of it as the first relationship-driven analytics platform for email marketers.
It’s a tool designed to analyze recipient-level engagement history to help you identify when people are most likely to open your mail, on what devices they like to consume your content, and most importantly, which of your customers are at risk of disengaging. Risk assessment is based on an analysis of positive and negative “signals,” such as open frequency, engagement time, and complaints. We will add more signals such as soft or hard bounces, unsubscribe events, etc. to improve the calculation as the platform evolves.
It’s a tool that opens the door for predictive analysis like email marketers have never seen, and we’re just getting started.
Build highly targeted segments using any combination of engagement filters.
Save filter sets as segments for easy reporting and exporting.

On a global scale, it is really complicated. For example, Canada has one federal private sector privacy law, three similar provincial laws, […]
