What is Alerts?

Alerts triggers automated messages based on sets of custom rules you define, similar to CRM rules, at the frequency of your choosing.

Depending on the severity or seriousness of your alert, you can configure notifications to send you an email, SMS, Slack, HipChat, PagerDuty, or webhook message to directly integrate the alert into a third-party application.

Login to the application and click Alerts on the sidebar.
