Overview

The Analytics Overview provides analytics and recent activity tools to track the performance of your campaigns.

  • Fill in the checkboxes under FILTERS to view analytics for your campaign by Date, Campaign, Email Address, Recipient Domain, Platform, Device, Client, Country, Region, City, Timezone, Engagement Time, Message Type, A_B_Variant, Gender, Age, or Segment ID.
    • Click the FILTER button to apply one or more filters.
  • The Overview window shows Total Opens, Unique Opens, Forwards, and Prints. You also have the option to load filters from segments via the dropdown menu.
    • To view the recipients matching a set of filters or segments, click the VIEW AUDIENCE button to be redirected to Analytics’ Audience Explorer.
  • The Opens widget tracks opens by Date.
  • The Geolocation widget shows the location of opens by Country or Region.
  • The Platforms widget shows opens by Platform, Tracking Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, and other platforms.
  • The Top Devices widget tracks results by Device Type.
    • Click on a device to view more information, including Engagement, Read Time Fall Off, Platforms, Top Devices, and Top Clients.
  • The Top Clients widget tracks results by Email Client Type.
    • Click on a client to view more information, including Engagement, Read Time Fall Off, Platforms, Top Devices, and Top Clients.
  • The Recipient Domains widget tracks emails by Recipient Domain.
    • Click on the domain to view more information, including Engagement, Read Time Fall Off, Platforms, Top Devices, and Top Clients.
  • The Campaigns widget tracks results by Campaign.
    • Click on the campaign to view more information, including Engagement, Read Time Fall Off, Platforms, Top Devices, and Top Clients.
