SNDS

Dashboard

  • The SNDS Dashboard provides information on spam filter results, SNDS trends, and traps by domain and IP.
  • You can apply filters to the Dashboard by using the Profiles and IP dropdown menus, entering a from address, and/or by selecting a date or date range. Click the FILTER button to apply these filters.
  • You can also view SNDS trends by using the dropdown on the top right of the widget to select from Recipients, Bounces, Bounce Percentage, Complaints Percentage, Counts, and Trap Hits.

Detail

SNDS Detail tab provides information on performance by IP address.

  • You can apply filters to the SNDS Detail tab by using the Profiles and IP dropdown menus, entering a from address, and/or by selecting a date or date range. Click the FILTER button to apply these filters.
  • Use the Show Entries dropdown to adjust the number of profiles visible at one time.
  • Click the DOWNLOAD CSV button to export a .CSV document with the information from the SNDS Detail page.

IP Status

The IP Status tab provides information on IP address status over a period of time.

You can apply filters to the IP Status tab by using the Profiles and IP dropdown menus, entering a from address, and/or by selecting a date or date range. Click the FILTER button to apply these filters.

Configuration

  • Click the SNDS INSTRUCTIONS button to open a post detailing instructions for setting up a Microsoft SNDS account.
  • Click the ADD KEY button to add a new SNDS key.
  • Click the checkbox next to the key and click the DELETE button to remove the key.
  • You can determine whether or not the key is visible to child accounts by clicking the toggle switch on each key. If enabled this allows any of your child accounts to view SNDS data ONLY for IP addresses they have listed on their Reputation profiles.
