Does any of this really hurt my reputation?

We do not report this information to blacklists so as to damage your reputation. Think of the data as helping to prevent reputation issues from occurring. Having such a broad measure of spam traps allows for easy assessment and diagnosis into list acquisition, hygiene and subscriber engagement issues. It is a great signal to evaluate new customers and existing customers on a sending network, to minimize the risk that one or two bad performers may cause a blacklisting or issue that will affect good performing customers sharing the network.
