I mailed a duplicate campaign. Why is the duplicate not showing up?

A duplicate will not show up unless the original campaign has completed processing. A campaign completes processing when one of the following criteria have been met:

  1. All expected mail is identified
  2. The time to search for mail elapses
  3. You manually stop the campaign by clicking the animated ‘Processing’ icon from the Inbox dashboard

You can also implement an x-header or hidden body tag to help distinguish your mail.
