I mailed a duplicate campaign. Why is the duplicate not showing up?
A duplicate will not show up unless the original campaign has completed processing. A campaign completes processing when one of the following criteria have been met:
- All expected mail is identified
- The time to search for mail elapses
- You manually stop the campaign by clicking the animated ‘Processing’ icon from the Inbox dashboard
You can also implement an x-header or hidden body tag to help distinguish your mail.
