There is something wrong with one or more Design Test renderings


If you notice that some of your 250ok Design Test renderings haven’t processed or appear strange, use the following steps to attempt reprocessing the renderings.

  • Log in to 250ok and go to Design > Design Tests > click on the rendering in question.
  • If one or more renderings are showing that they did not process or may be displaying incorrectly:
    • Click the Refresh button next to the individual renderer’s name.
    • You can also select multiple renderers by clicking the Actions drop down in the Design Test navigation bar to open the Choose Rendering Clients window.
    • Select the rendering clients you would like to reprocess previews for.
    • Click the Reprocess Previews button.
  • If all renderings are showing that they did not process or may be displaying incorrectly…
    • Click the Actions drop down in the Design Test navigation bar to open the Choose Rendering Clients window.
    • Check the WEBMAIL, DESKTOP, and MOBILE/TABLET boxes.
    • Click the Reprocess Previews button.
