Why does my Inbox test show 100% missing mail?


When an Inbox test shows appears in 250ok Inbox with 100% “Missing” results there are a few potential causes:

  • Confirm you are sending to the complete 250ok Inbox seedlist.
  • If the affected test is a duplicate of a previous campaign see our article on implementing an x-header or HTML body tag here: How do I implement an X-header or body tag to help identify my mail?
  • If the affected test is not a duplicate of a recent campaign and you have implemented an x-header we recommend contacting your Email Service Provider (ESP) to ensure your seedlist test addresses are not being suppressed in some way that may or may not be visible within your ESP’s interface. The 250ok seed addresses only engage with your mail when checking links and images – we do not scroll, print, forward, etc. in a regular way that will register with your ESP which could result in suppression due to lack of engagement.

Open your 250ok Settings Menu and select “Contact Support” under Help Center or contact 250ok Support  if you are still seeing Inbox test results at 100% missing after implementing an x-header and ruling out potential suppression issues with your ESP.
