You’ve detected a sending IP that isn’t mine. How did it get there?


When we retrieve a message from a mail server, ISPs are not always consistent in how they format the sending IP addresses.

Additionally, message header patterns occasionally change, and we have to modify the way we extract the information.

If we’ve detected a sending IP that isn’t yours, please report it to our support team so we can make the necessary changes on our end to avoid the false detection in the future.
