Custom Alert Rules
Create any number of custom alerts to monitor what matters to you. Similar to CRM rules, the Alert Center triggers automated messages based on sets of custom rules you define, at the frequency of your choosing.
Email, SMS, Apps & Webhooks
Depending on the severity or seriousness of your alert, you can configure notifications to send you an email, SMS, Slack, HipChat, PagerDuty, or webhook message to directly integrate the alert into a third-party application.
Not every notification is of "right now" importance, so you have the flexibility of defining how often you wish you receive alerts: immediately, daily, every X hours, or on a custom schedule.
